I really enjoyed reading this well-written, easy to understand and well-illustrated workbook that teaches cognitive behaviour therapy, meditation techniques as well as practising Kundalini Yoga, which is known as the yoga of awareness, and its goal is to help you achieve your highest potential.
It is a six-week program that teaches the practitioner to shift their negative thought patterns to seek other possibilities in order to help deal with the many forms of anxiety people suffer from.
This book emphasises the “body-mind” connection as well as mindfulness which is used in psychotherapy today to reach a quiet nonjudgmental state of mind in order to calmly observe unwanted thoughts.
I learned a lot from this book and I believe (if applied) this book could enrich people’s lives who suffer from anxiety.
I highly recommend this book.
